You must be 21 years of age to check into a hotel room.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in time is any time after 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Please call our Front Desk to see about early check-in availability.
Standard Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in incur a one-night stay + tax charge. Contact our Front Desk at (218) 491-7111. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation without penalty due to guest behavior or operational circumstances. Once the reservation is completely made, rate changes are no longer applicable.
Credit Card Authorizations: Credit cards for room reservations are charged upon arrival for the entire stay's lodging & taxes. If the card cannot cover the full amount, the reservation will be cancelled unless other payment can be provided. The payment card must be present at check-in. A $50 per night incidental hold is authorized, allowing guests to charge hotel purchases to their room, released at checkout if unused.
Resort Amenity Fee: Please note there is a $9.00 Resort Amenity Fee (plus applicable sales tax) per room, per day. This fee covers access to our premium amenities, ensuring your enhanced experience during your stay. See Front Desk for Seasonal Amenity availability.
Tobacco & Smoking Policy: The hotel, its rooms, balconies, public spaces, and grounds are free of all smoking and vaping products. A $350.00 fee is charged for any evidence of an individual smoking in any area including but not limited to, rooms, decks, balconies, or grounds.
Weapons Policy: We do not allow any firearms on premises at any time.
Lost & Found Policy: Park Point Marina Inn is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed to the owner, there is a handling service fee of $5.00 plus shipping charges that the recipient will be responsible for. We use an outside vendor to handle and deliver lost and found items that charge their own shipping and service fees. Non-perishable and non-alcoholic items are kept for 5 days.
Pet Policy: We do not allow pets on property. The only animals allowed are accredited service animals with proper evidence of certified school training as per MN State Statute 256C.02, and all Service Animals must be registered at the front desk at check-in and proper paperwork filled out. Service animals not checked in at check-in on the property will incur a fine of $500.00 and guests may be evicted. Please be advised that the Marina is a separate property from Park Point Marina Inn and does not allow any service or non-service animals to be walked on Marina property.
Parking: Vehicles may not be left in the parking lot if the guest does not have a room that night. Please remove valuables and lock your vehicle. Park Point Marina Inn is not held responsible for any damage or theft of items from our parking area. Our towing company is Dukes Towing 218-722-8885. We do not offer electrical plug-ins for head bolt heaters or electric cars.
